Nettie the elephant is a sinus wash pot similar to those used in the ancient
practice of Ayurvedic medicine and Yoga in India. This technique of clearing the
nasal passages in order to achieve purification is both a spiritual and health
practice called Neti. The process of Neti is practiced all over the world as a
way of combating sinus problems caused by pollen, dust and other allergens.
Using Nettie daily is as easy as washing your face and can be a great first
defense against colds, flu and seasonal allergies.

So easy, Nettie can be a part of your daily routine!
Follow these 5 simple steps.
- Pour the saline solution into the Nettie sinus wash pot and blend with warm
water (full details inside).
- Tilt your head as shown in the diagram.
- Position Nettie's trunk (spout) into your upper nostril to create and
airtight fit.
- Lift the Nettie sinus wash pot and allow the saline mixture to wash from
your upper nostril to your lower nostril.
- When a steady flow is achieved, stop and blow your nose to clear out any
remaining solution. Repeat steps 1-5 for other nostril.
