Millions of people drink mate daily for health and vitality. Nutritious and
stimulating, mate is revered as a powerful rejuvenator.

Hot - Brew in a French press, mate gourd, coffee/espresso maker, or tea
filter for 3-10 minutes. We suggest using one heaping teaspoon per cup of water.
Adjust as necessary. Never Boil Mate.
First, moisten the mate with cold water to protect the nutrients and flavor,
than add hot water.
Iced - Brew mate and add ice. Mate also brews in cold water! Try adding lemon
or mint.

Brew a strong batch of mate, than add vanilla soy milk and honey. Bliss in a
