Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to
use.
Suggested dose is one to two rounded scoops daily with meals. If muscle
tension or headache occurs, reduce dosage. Six to twelve scoops daily may be
taken under the care of a physician. TMG should be taken with co-factor vitamins
B6, B12, and folic acid.
